REOMind.ai, AI decision support for bank-owned real estate

Linton Global Technologies, Inc., founded by Florida commercial broker and former banker Michael R. Linton, has introduced REOMind.ai, AI decision support for bank-owned real estate. REOMind is built for banks, credit unions, servicers and asset managers, and institutional demos are open now.

Bank-owned real estate costs money every day it sits: taxes, insurance, preservation and examiner attention. Yet valuation, risk review, compliance checks and buyer outreach usually run one after another, across different vendors and spreadsheets. REOMind runs that work side by side and puts the evidence, the recommendation and the approval in one place. The need is growing in Florida, where FDIC-insured banks headquartered in the state held $116.3 million in other real estate owned on June 30, 2026, up about 33% from a year earlier, according to FDIC call report data.

How it works

  • Five specialist agents work each asset at the same time: a Market Analyst, Valuation Expert, Risk Assessor, Compliance Monitor and Investor Matcher. Each one cites its evidence.
  • An adversarial review. Two agents argue the disposition case from opposite sides, the way a good credit committee does, so a weak recommendation is challenged before anyone sees it.
  • A human decision. Disposition path, list price, investor outreach and overrides require an authorized person. Agents never price, list, sign or contact a buyer on their own, and a departure from the recommendation needs a written reason.
  • A decision record. Evidence, debate, approval and every action land in an append-only audit trail tied to the asset and the institution.

Built to be examined

Each institution sees only its own data, with eleven defined roles from REO manager and compliance officer to a read-only auditor. REOMind's governance page lists what is available now and what is still in development, rather than claiming certifications it does not yet hold.

“I spent years on the bank side of REO, waiting on one report so the next could start. REOMind does that work in parallel and argues with itself before it recommends anything, and then the bank makes the call. AI recommends. You decide.” Michael R. Linton, Founder

REOMind applies the method in Linton's book The Bank REO Disposition Playbook, a guide for bank asset managers.
