Questions vendors ask
Who should apply to the Linton Global Solutions vendor network?
Property-preservation companies, general contractors, lawn and landscape crews, cleanout and hauling services, cleaning services, inspectors, specialty trades (roof/HVAC/plumbing/electrical), and BPO/valuation providers who service Florida commercial and residential property. We onboard statewide and prioritize by current distressed-asset flow.
What do I need to onboard as a vendor?
Three documents: a current-year signed IRS Form W-9, a Certificate of Insurance naming Linton Global Solutions as certificate holder, and three client references (national or regional lenders, servicers, or asset managers preferred). Apply through the online form, then email the documents to mike@lintonglobal.com.
What are the insurance minimums?
General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate; Workers’ Compensation at statutory limits plus $500,000 employer’s liability; Commercial Auto Liability $1,000,000 combined single limit; Umbrella/Excess of $1,000,000 or greater is recommended. Coverage must stay current, and the COI must name Linton Global Solutions.
What kind of work orders are routed?
Full-service REO and property-preservation scopes across residential, small multifamily, and mixed-use assets: securing and boarding, trashout and debris removal, inspections, lawn and landscape, cleaning and make-ready, repairs and rehab, winterization and preservation, and code-violation remediation.
Does onboarding guarantee work?
No. Onboarding and approval do not guarantee any minimum volume of work orders. Assignments are issued at Linton Global Solutions’ discretion based on coverage need, market, and ongoing compliance. Approved vendors who hold the standard (photo documentation, on-time completion, scope discipline) become preferred vendors and get first look at fitting work.
