What You Bring
- An active Florida real estate license (or the ability to obtain one before starting)
- Commercial experience not required; a strong desire to learn it is
- Coachable, organized and persistent
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus in Miami-Dade; Portuguese or Haitian Creole also helps
- Comfortable working with AI tools and a CRM every day; organized, accurate and responsive
