The COO turns the plan into a company that runs every day: in Florida, in Georgia and in the states that come next. You own how the people and the AI agents work together and whether every seat hits its numbers.
What You'll Do
- Set and run the operating plan and the weekly scorecard for every seat
- Build the processes that let a new state office open on a proven playbook
- Lead the Director of Operations and the operating staff
- Work with technology to decide which work goes to AI agents and which stays with people
- Own hiring plans, onboarding and performance reviews company-wide
Your Week
- Monday scorecard review across all departments
- Weekly leadership meeting
- Monthly operating review and quarterly planning
How You're Measured
- Every department reporting on time, every week
- Seats hitting their weekly numbers
- New-office launch on schedule and on budget
- Retention and time-to-productivity for new hires
Your AI Partner: Ops Watchdog + department reports
The Ops Watchdog and the daily department reports show you every seat's activity, human and AI, in one place, so problems surface the same day instead of at month end.
What You Bring
- Senior operations leadership experience, ideally in real estate, financial services or a multi-location business
- A track record of building processes and scaling teams
- Fluency with data, scorecards and operating reviews
- Comfortable working with AI tools and a CRM every day; organized, accurate and responsive
