The Managing Broker is the Georgia firm's qualifying broker and the first hire for the Atlanta Metro office. You're responsible for the brokerage itself: every licensee, every contract and every trust dollar, and for building a firm that banks, investors and agents trust.
What You'll Do
- Serve as qualifying broker for the Georgia firm and keep it in good standing with the Georgia Real Estate Commission
- Supervise all Georgia licensees: onboarding, contract review, advertising compliance and ongoing training
- Oversee trust and escrow accounts and the firm's brokerage policies
- Review listing agreements, purchase contracts and agency disclosures before they go out
- Recruit and develop the Georgia brokerage team with the Expansion Partner
- Be the senior broker on complex REO, distressed and commercial transactions
Your Week
- Daily contract and compliance review
- Weekly team meeting and one-on-ones with each licensee
- Weekly pipeline review with leadership
- Monthly trust-account reconciliation review
How You're Measured
- Clean compliance: no findings on audits or file reviews
- Contracts reviewed on time
- Licensee onboarding and retention
- Team production against weekly goals
Your AI Partner: Deal OS compliance tracking + Closing Desk
Deal OS tracks every file, deadline and required document, and the Closing Desk flags anything missing before it becomes a problem. You spend your time on judgment calls and people, not on chasing paperwork.
